We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Our guarantee doesn’t cover shipping charges and ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has manufacturing defect in it’s materials or workmanship, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Excludes: flash sale items, shipping costs, ammunition, and especially firearms after FFL transfer.
Firearm Warranty:
- Before transfer: We will swap the firearm out for you once for ZERO additional cost.
- After transfer: All firearms must be returned to the manufacturer after transfer has been completed. This is because we don’t stock the parts to fix each firearm like the manufacturer does.
We make shopping safe and private with the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information – including your name, address and credit card number – is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To further ensure security, we only see the last four digits of your credit card number.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is flat rate $20 no matter how many items you order. This applies only to the lower 48 states only. Typical processing time until product ships is 1-3 business days. Typical processing time for non-firearm orders is 1-3 business days after ordering. During peak volume or bad weather seasons, shipping may take the full 3 days. For return customers ordering firearms orders will ship in 2 business days. All firearms will be sent out FedEx or UPS insured with tracking numbers. Handguns ship FedEx Air (2-3 days). All long guns, ammunition and accessories ship FedEx or UPS Ground (typically 2-4 days). Customer orders over $400, must have the items shipped to the billing address of the card used to purchase with signature delivery. Items over 500 pounds ship freight and can take 14 days to arrive. Overnight shipping option applies only to the firearm. We will not overnight accessories or ammunition. Note: Most shipments leave in multiple boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Firearms: If you are not satisfied with your firearm purchase, for any reason, please do not accept the firearm transfer. Please inspect the firearm to insure that the firearm is exactly what you ordered. Contact us immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 3 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, or offer you a full refund to the original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product All firearms carry only the manufacturer’s warranty (if any). We do not offer any additional warranty of any kind. All warranty work must be handled between you and the manufacturer once the firearm has been transferred into your name. We do not pay for shipping to return any item to us or the manufacturer. If we must send a check there will be a $25 fee to process the request.
